Martha Lukey, DVM

Dr. Martha Lukey is the newest member of our team at Monroe Animal Hospital. Dr. Lukey grew up in the Midwest.  After raising their children, she and her husband happily moved to the South. In 2015, she fulfilled a lifelong dream by graduating from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. After practicing in Alabama for several years, she and her husband moved to Monroe and are very happy to call North Carolina home. She has experience caring for birds, exotic pets, and bees as well as her first love: dogs and cats.

In her free time, Dr. Lukey enjoys cooking, gardening, and taking care of her dogs, chickens, and bees.
