Joseph Yanni, DVM

Dr. Joseph Yanni has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2018.
He graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Upper Egypt in
1999 and later earned his license to practice in North America through
the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).

He began his U.S. career at an emergency hospital in Hickory, NC,
where he managed a wide range of critical cases—from toxicities and
wound care to chronic conditions like kidney disease and congestive
heart failure. Since 2021, Dr. Yanni has worked as a relief
veterinarian, supporting general practices across the region and
building strong relationships with both pet owners and veterinary
teams.

He has a special interest in internal medicine, chronic disease
management, and urgent care. Dr. Yanni is especially passionate about
client communication and believes in supporting pet parents just as
much as the pets themselves—recognizing that when a pet is sick, the
whole family feels it.

Outside of work, Dr. Yanni enjoys quiet reading time with his cat
napping nearby, as well as gardening and caring for his lawn.
